Workforce Development & Outreach Program (WDOP)

WDOP is a statewide initiative designed to improve individuals’ employment opportunities across New York. WDOP creates educational programming and opportunities for individuals with varied experiences and abilities in achieving and maintaining meaningful employment. Additionally, WDOP works with organizations to increase knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellness in the workplace to create an inclusive environment while achieving organizational success.

Workforce Advocacy

MHANYS recommends action that would immediately contribute to workplace mental health literacy, awareness, stigma reduction, healthy habits of self-care, and the pursuit of professional care when needed.
